I thought my port was broken, just needed a lower wattage charger. Saved me cash by properly diagnosing my problem. Edit: ended up being the port but they only charged 70$. In my opinion that's a great deal for this service.

The staff greeted me when I walked in the door. Facility seem very clean and organized. And the staff was courteous and informative. I was given a quote promptly and informed that I had to wait for the part to come in, which is okay. I received the call on the part came in and dropped off my device. I was told it would take maybe one day about 4 or 5 hours later I got a call it was done and I was able to pick it up the same day. Excellent service, knowledgeable staff and a pleasant experience overall.

The inside of my car's key fob fell apart. They soldered it back together and got it back to me the same day I dropped it off for way less than it would have cost to replace it. Works great now, thanks!!
