I was impressed by the efficient, knowledgeable and friendly service at iDropped of Edwardsville Kingston. The phone repair was done quickly, the price was affordable and the shop was convenient to visit. I especially appreciated how they handled my cracked screen repair with care. Excited to return here again for my next phone repair. Chase was great. He had it done in an hour.

I went to Verizon...they said "your phone is fried". I decided to go to IDropped. The service was excellent. The price was fair. My phone needed a new screen. It was fixed in an hour and a half. My phone is working like new. I highly recommend this business to anyone needing their services. If you are in need, go there.

i Dropped of Edwardsville Kingston was super efficient and the staff were so courteous. They determined the battery in my refurbished phone from Back Market was swelling and damaging the front screen and a potential fire hazard or explosion. Marissa had it replaced and tested in under two hours. So helpful with all my questions and the price was very affordable. I will definitely come back for any phone repair needs. I now have proof to get my full refund.

*UPDATED AT END* Wasted my time and money, and was returned my PS3 in worse condition than when I dropped it off. I had dropped it off the day before X-Mas, and they were up front about their technician being on vacation for another two weeks. What the staff at that time lied about is the capability and work history of their technician to be able to transplant the RSX chip on the motherboard after their diagnosis confirmed my suspicions of that chip needing to be at least resoldered, if not completely replaced. After 1 week of their technician being back from vacation, they left a voicemail and text message confirming that the RSX chip is bad and that they will attempt to resolder and likely also reflow the whole board. They did NOT imply they would need me to call them back to confirm, but after 8 more days of not hearing anything, I called them for an update to find out that they were waiting for me to confirm the already existing plan (discussed when I dropped it off). That conversation also included the part of the plan of replacing the RSX chip with a known good one. Specifically them saying they would source a good RSX chip either by itself or from a donor board. 7 days later I called to check on the progress, and for the first time I speak with Cory, who apparently was the technician. He denied that he would be doing any RSX chip transplant and that he cannot do that. I let him know that we are done and I will come pick up the PS3. I get a text shortly after that saying that the PS3 is reassembled and ready for pickup. Today I went to pick it up, and it is reassembled incorrectly with visibly missing screws. The staff at that time apologized. My demanded refund was met. *UPDATE* Their response to my review was repeated facts that I already stated, seemingly to deflate the value of my review. I had originally stated that they WERE up front about their lead tech being on vacation for another two weeks. When I dropped it off, and asked specifically if their technician had ever replaced RSX chips on PS3s before, since my original diagnosis was that was going to be necessary, and they said YES. Only after Cory had been back from vacation for three weeks did he communicate with me himself, and it was then he said that he has never done that and will not do it. And for what it's worth, after getting it home and disassembling it just to make sure it was all actually there, given how badly the case was barely put back on upon my pickup (see photos), I discovered that at least 6 of the screws are missing. So even if I get this repaired, it will be without all of the screws. Even with the refund, this was a huge waste of time and I have a PS3 that is worse off than when I dropped it off, and also with fewer screws.
