My phone was acting really wonky, Shutting down spontaneously. I came in late in the day, and in less than 30 min Dean diagnosed the problem and swapped out the battery. Gave me a 1 year warranty on the battery. Sold me a nice new zizo case and even put on the screen protector for no extra charge. Pricing was fair, service was exceptional. Dean was very knowledgeable, and very helpful. If I ever have any future phone or small electronics problems I would definitely be a returning customer . Five stars 13 out of 10. Very pleased

We came in first thing in the morning and Dean was helpful right off the bat. Very polite to work with and in such a timely manner. Very helpful! He fixed the issue with my moms phone and so respectful. His communication skills were top notch! The store was clean and well kept as well! Which is always a plus. Highly recommend!

Had iPhone 13 ProMax back glass replaced and charging port repaired on 6 May 26 and did not catch name of tech on duty but don't waste your time going anywhere else. The tech was great and represented his company well. It took about 2 hours which I thought was expedient and will definitely use going forward and highly recommend.

I brought my xbox in because the screen wasn't displaying and they fixed my hdmi port (thinking it was the issue which it was but unfortunately it still wasn't working after they put in a new hdmi port) They were so sweet and they took the extra time and effort to figure out what the issue was with my xbox and now its fixed and I can play it again. im beyond happy and they only charged me for the hdmi port nothing extra for the hassle of having to fix other things. I really appreciate them definitely recommend them for all your elections fixes and concerns! ☺️☺️
